Take full control of your production floor with the Manufacturing Order (M/F) module. Supervisors can now create manufacturing orders (MO) and track it on the production floor. Material movement in terms of component issuances or returns and product receipts are reflected in Sage 300 ERP Inventory Control (I/C) in real-time. MO Backflushing and Just-in-Time (JIT) processing are supported. With the Production Planning (P/P) module, planners can ensure stock availability and at the same time minimize inventory levels in I/C using full MPS and MRP planning logic. Lot/serial tracking can be fully supported and shop floor control options are also available.
